(227 Maple Ave E Vienna, Va 22180) 1st Prize wins $250 cash, 10 hours of free studio time, and a teleconference with Def Jam Records. Doors open at 9pm and competition starts at 10pm.

The Board Games Beat Battle Judging Panel

Judah has done production for De La Soul, Pastor Troy, and Stat Quo. He has helped launch the careers of many artists in the DC area. His early work with Wale helped him land a record deal with Interscope Records.

DJ J-Buttah has produced records for Swizz Beatz, Fat Joe, and Raheem Devaugn. You can catch him DJing on WKYS 93.9's One Nation Hip Hop Show and also Eminem's radio station Shade 45.

E-Minah AKA The Grussle has been a major player in our music scene for quite some time now. As an in-house producer for Inner Loop Records, he has worked with the top tier of MCs in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He's also been featured in countless beat battles and producer showcases.

Board Games Beat Battle Competition Rules

rankings will be bracketed randomly the first 2 rounds are 30 second beats the 3rd round is two 30 second beats the final round is two 45 second beats judges pick the winner of each round

You should bring at least 6 to 8 beats because their could be overtime rounds. Producers will be judged on the melody, mix, and hit potential of their tracks.
